(Human Resources Management)

The candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

• Min S-2 in Management, with Psycology background would be an advantage.
• Preferably having Doctoral degree or PhD Candidate
• Having hands-on experiences in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 8 years in managerial posisition, preferably in Human Resources Development
• Strong drive for continuous learning
• Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
• Self initiative, motivated, strong team player and willing to travel
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking
• Computer literacy and good command of English.
• Trust in God
