PT. Tunas Ridean Tbk is a Group Company with a line of business in Automotive. One of our business unit is seeking for a highly qualified individual to keep up our rapid growth to fill the position of :

CUSTOMER RELATIONS COORDINATOR (CRC)



General Job Descriptions:
  • To manage the whole operations of branch, service quality for customer, as well as other information related to customer services
  • Handling and monitoring customer complains
  • To implement the Customer Service program and its development
  • Preparing reports of  branch activities and customer services


Requirements:
  • Female, max 28 years old
  • Graduated from D3 any discipline
  • Having minimum 1 years working experiences as CUSTOMER RELATION (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
  • Computer Literate (MS.Office)
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to handle customer complains
  • Having capability to work in a time constraint
